The terms for using this website.
These cover ferent.ai, the site you are reading. Using the platform is governed by the subscription agreement each customer signs with us, and nothing here changes it.
Who we are
Ferent, Inc., a Delaware corporation based in Southlake, Texas. “We” on this site means Ferent, Inc.
What this site is
A description of our products. Each figure on it is counted from our codebase when the site is built, and each page says what ships today and what does not. We change the site as the product changes.
The platform is separate
Access to the platform comes only through a signed order form under our subscription agreement. Nothing on this site grants a license to use it, and where this site and that agreement differ, the agreement governs.
Using this site
You may read, link to and share its pages. You may not try to disrupt it, reach anything we have not published, or republish its content as your own.
Our name and logo
Ferent and ferent.ai are our names and marks. Using them publicly, other than to refer to us accurately, needs our written consent.
What you send us
A demo request is used to reply to you. The privacy policy says what happens to it and who handles it. Read the privacy policy
No other promises
This site is provided as it is. The commitments that bind us to a customer are the ones in the signed agreement, not the descriptions on these pages.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site.
Governing law
Texas law governs these terms. The state and federal courts in Dallas County, Texas, hear any dispute about them.
Changes
The date at the top changes when the text does. Email support@ferent.ai with any question about these terms.
